In the southern part of beautiful Door County, our family-owned business is more than a venture–it’s a dedication to health and well–being. Raised in the vibrant Belgian community, we began our freeze-drying journey in 2019 for our own personal use. In 2022 our business was born from the love and excitement for all of the foods we dried and wanting to share with everyone!
